Since the word spirituality seems to mean different things to different people (and some people are immediately turned off by it) I want to define spirituality for our purposes and that you can understand how this type of information might benefit you.
Spirituality to me means the enhancement of a connection with our higher nature or higher self as some people call it. I believe there is a force or a power greater than us that we are derived from. Different religions have different names for it but I believe in essence we are talking about the same thing.
The enhancement of our connection with this higher nature leads to greater levels of peace, greater creativity, enhanced focus, and improved capabilities in many areas. We literally have the potential to tap into a field of ultimate possibility through becoming more aware of this connection.
